You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

🔁 How to Start a Return

Begin through our Return Portal or email info@beinggurkha.com. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

To exchange an item, please initiate a return first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

All approved returns are issued as Being Gurkha Store Credit.
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
Store credit is digital and can be used on any future purchase.
