Membership is subject to an eligible Being Gurkha customer account and any published entry requirements. Membership is personal, non-transferable and intended for genuine customers. We may verify eligibility or request information reasonably necessary to administer the program.

Gurkha Coins are promotional loyalty units, not legal tender, cash, cryptocurrency, stored-value money or an investment. They have no cash redemption value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash unless expressly required by law. Redemption options and required coin amounts are shown in the applicable offer.

Eligible orders and qualifying missions may earn coins at the rates displayed when the activity occurs. An activity may need successful completion or verification. Duplicate, cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent or ineligible transactions may not qualify. Processing delays and technical errors can affect the timing of updates.

If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, returned, refunded or charged back, associated redeemable coins or benefits may be reversed or adjusted. Corrections may affect the spendable balance. We will not use this policy to limit statutory refund or consumer guarantee rights. Historical or lifetime-earned figures, where displayed, may differ from spendable coins.

Legacy Club ranks include Recruit, Regiment, Veteran and Commander. Thresholds and progression mechanics appear in the War Room or current program material. A rank is a promotional membership designation, not professional, military or government accreditation. Rank display, historical points and redeemable balances may be calculated separately.

Each reward is subject to the eligibility, validity period, redemption limit and exclusions stated with that specific offer. Some discounts may not combine with other promotions or be applicable to every product, delivery method or country. A reward is not earned or reserved merely because it appears in promotional materials.

Member-first access offers a priority opportunity, not guaranteed stock, successful checkout, a fixed reservation or unlimited purchasing rights. Limited editions, sizes, colours and quantities may sell out. Published release details and specific purchase terms control each drop.

Invitations, birthday honours and private events depend on eligibility, availability, geography, capacity and the terms communicated for the occasion. An invitation does not guarantee admission. Certain benefits may require accurate profile details or advance confirmation.

Members must not harass, threaten, defame, impersonate others, post unlawful material, infringe intellectual property rights or disrupt other members. We may moderate or remove posts and restrict participation for substantiated violations, subject to applicable law and fair consideration of the circumstances.

Manipulation of referrals, automated activity, fabricated missions, duplicate accounts, resale of benefits or attempts to exploit errors may result in verification, correction, temporary restrictions or termination of program access. We will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

We may modify features, eligible activities, earning rates, rank criteria or available benefits for legitimate operational or commercial reasons. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable, and accrued rights and applicable law will be respected. System maintenance or third-party outages may temporarily affect the dashboard.

Keep account credentials secure and contact us promptly about unauthorised activity or apparent discrepancies. Dashboard totals, order records, rank graphics and progress meters can be delayed or contain errors. We may investigate and correct verified mistakes, including mistaken coin awards.

Personal information used for administering membership, birthday benefits and rewards is handled under Being Gurkha’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law. Promotional communications are subject to relevant consent and unsubscribe requirements. Account and transaction notices may still be necessary to operate the service.

Legacy Club terminology such as Recruit, Regiment, Veteran, Commander, Soldier, missions and War Room is thematic storytelling associated with Gurkha heritage. It does not imply active military service, official rank, military enlistment, government endorsement or an affiliation with any armed force.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Being Gurkha remains responsible for obligations imposed by law. Any limitation or exclusion applies only to the extent legally permitted.
