FROM FIBRE TO FINISHED GARMENT
Every hoodie begins with one decision: the fabric. Before a single pattern was cut, we spent months refining the foundation. Our goal wasn't simply to create a heavyweight hoodie—it was to engineer a fabric that would perform for years.
We selected 600 GSM 100% Cotton French Terry, chosen for its balance of structure, breathability, durability and comfort. Every roll was developed to deliver natural softness, excellent shape retention and everyday wearability.
The fabric is pre-shrunk and compacted to minimise shrinkage and maintain a consistent fit. It is then finished with a bio-enzyme wash, removing loose surface fibres while improving softness and helping reduce pilling.
A silicone wash finish enhances the hand feel, improves drape and delivers lasting softness. Combined with anti-pilling treatment and high colour fastness, the fabric is engineered to retain its appearance after repeated wear and washing.
With the fabric perfected, we turned to the artwork. Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing performs exceptionally well on 100% cotton because the natural cotton fibres absorb water-based inks deep into the fabric.
This creates sharper details, richer colours and a softer finish, while maintaining the breathability, flexibility and durability of the garment.
Selected branding elements are finished with premium 3D raised silicone printing, adding texture, depth and a distinctive premium finish that complements the quality of the fabric.
Every decision—from the fibre selection to the final print—was made with one goal: to build a hoodie designed to be worn for years, not seasons.

A structured one-piece hood built with two layers of heavyweight fabric, finished with a signature 3D raised silicone patch.

The back artwork is applied in 3D raised silicone for tactile depth, clean shadows, strong definition, and lasting durability.

A custom metal Being Gurkha logo tag is secured at the lower hem as a refined signature hardware detail.
